The Club House is the central nervous system of Life at VACCA. Along with the pool and exercise room, it provides a great meeting room for smaller gatherings and a well stocked library.
The main room includes a fireplace and big screen TV for watching movies or sporting events.
Residents mail boxes are safe and secure in the lobby of the Clubhouse as is the activities board listing upcoming events and activities making it easy to keep up on what's happening.
The Clubhouse is locked 24 hours per day and accessible by residents any time between the hours of 5:30 AM and 11:00 PM.
Monthly and Annual Board meetings are held in the Clubhouse and all residents are encouraged to attend the meetings.
Exercise room with free weights, an elliptical trainer and treadmill, hot tub and lap pool are just some of the amenities available to VACCA owners.
Stroll, walk or jog along the meandering paved pathways winding throughout the 20+ acre landscaped common areas.
For a bit longer jaunts, Cordata park and Whatcom Community College campus are our immediate neighbors. And for indoor mall walking Bellis Fair is only a few blocks away.
